i basically brought in individual parts i had bought myself and they assembled the whole thing loaded it with windows, made sure i could get online and offered to load any software. if your wanting to do custom computers but are a little nervous about installing the hardware i recommend the geek squad membership? theyll get it going and if you want to do any upgrades just bring it in and theyll set you up.
