Hi there! Thanks for the questions. We can absolutely put together the whole PC and get it set up for you. The $39.99 service would not cover the entire installation as that is generally just meant for one part. In this case with so many different pieces, we'd recommend reaching out to your local Best Buy store's Geek Squad to get started.
