I can't say for sure, but I am confident they can - these techs are smart!! I thought my Dell Tower was toast, then my tech changed out the power supply (with an aftermarket power supply Best Buy had in stock - more powerful). Now I am back up and running (Dell tech had come to my house a couple years ago and changed out my motherboard before my extended warrantee expired). Geek Squad Tech (Best Buy) did my replacement fast and for an excellent price!!
