Hi Elie! Thanks for the question! If you mean upgrading the internals with parts from the Mini 5, we wouldn't be able to do that. If you are wondering if we can transfer data from your iPad Mini 3 to a new model, absolutely! If you purchase a new iPad, we'll help you transfer the data over. I hope this helps out.
