• No, as it will need to be sent to a repair center. Geek Squad does not keep parts to fix the hundreds of different laptop makes in store. Expect about a two week turn around time but be prepared that it can take longer. You should also make an appointment to drop the unit off, they only last about 20 minutes and it helps to cut down on line for everyone and guarantee that you will get to see an agent and have the time to explain your situation.
