My suggestion is to bring it to Best Buy before ordering a new keyboard. It may be that it just needs some cleaning or reconfiguring of your keyboard. I had that issue with my wireless keyboard on my PC and found out that it needed reconfiguring. How old is your laptop? If it's still under warranty, ok... but if it isn't, then you may have to pay a fee.. The best way to know what the issue is, is to bring it to Best Buy... Hope this helped :)
