A:AnswerOnce you screw the shelfs together they are where they are. The "poles" on the ends have pre screwed holes and are spaced equally. So the answer is NO.
A:AnswerDimensions are actually pretty good sized. You can fit maybe something as high as ankle boots in all shelfs. But the quality is not all that great. I almost broke off some of the railing when i was putting it together.
