This will work with old TVs without wifi (and TVs with wifi) as long as they are connected to an app or device that supports HDHomeRun. For a full list of supported devices/apps, see: https://www.silicondust.com/live-tv/#devices
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It will if you have a firestick or chromecaset attached to the tv. All channels are sent to the tv via wifi, so you will need someway of fetting the channels. I love mine! Sometimes it is finicky, but not often.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This device is an IP-based tuner, which means you need software that is capable of connecting to it over the network to play streams. I don't know of any Smart TVs that have software like this built directly into it; however, it's possible that some may exist, or software may be available for download. In regard to normal TVs, they would not work directly with this as they'd require a video out, which this device does not have. A potential solution to this would be to use Plex. This would require you to setup the Plex Media Server on a machine, which would interact with the tuner. For any TVs, you would need the Plex client software, which is available on most Smart TVs, and can be added to normal TVs with a device like a Roku or Amazon Fire Stick. The server software would need to be on whenever you want to watch TV, and it's worth noting that live TV and live TV DVR requires their premium Plex Pass subscription.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The quatro connects to your wired network or router. You then connect to it over the network. It really is most useful when combined with a DVR such as plex. As a standalone device, it is just a tuner that you can connect to over the network to see what is currently airing. It doesn't connect to your TV directly.
