By camper, do you mean RV ? You can use the Quatro in a camper, as long as you have power, a computer, a screen, adequate storage (harddrive, etc.) for recording, and an OTA antenna. It can be used without a router and without internet service (as long as you know that you are foregoing HD Premium TV (receiving only local OTA stations), and foregoing the online channel guide, (both of which require an internet connection). Without a router, you will need a dedicated NIC (ethernet card) to plug the Quatro into your computer. If you are using the main NIC on your computer for internet, you can add a second NIC for the Quatro (enabling "Internet Connection Sharing" on your main NIC) . This will give you live Local OTA TV viewing on only one device, your computer (unless you enable a router which will expand viewing to multiple devices ). If you obtain Channel Guide from a 3rd party service, you may be able to transfer EPG data to your camper computer (assuming no internet in camper), and utilize this EPG data with your Quatro to see TV schedule and to pre-schedule recordings with the Quatro.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have someway to connect it to a network and have power for it to work and a way to view the stations then "yes".
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. As long as you have a router with internet and tv antenna line
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you have an OTA antenna in or on your camper and you plug it into this unit and you are close enough to pull in TV signals from the local area TV broadcast towers. then YES this will work for a camper.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Answer is NO! Most likely, this would not be the most satisfactory solution for a camper. An HDHomerun device receives signal through an over the air antenna using ATSC {or through QAM from a TV cable } . Primarily the over the air antenna. This would work. However the OUTPUT is to a network router through Ethernet. This content is accessed by a computer, tablet, smartphone or media device connected to the same wired or WiFi network. through the router. Assuming you are not likely to be using a personal router in a camping situation, this device would not work well It does not output a signal directly to a TV or monitor.
