Yes but not really well. I have Roku and HDHomeRun and use the Plex app to watch tv. It works ok I guess but not great. You can use the media player app on Roku but it’s clumsy.

But this device, with an antenna and available local channels , on your network will play over the air to your computers and portable devices. If the TV is connected to your network and has "smart" capabilities, HD Homerun should appear as a source. They offer a reasonable subscription service to get all your usual IPTV providers and DVR capability.
