• Hi Dave! Great questions. The CONNECT and STREAM models both support 2-way Bluetooth call streaming with Android and iPhone. These hearing aids have 2 different Bluetooth chips which helps to conserve battery life when streaming features are not in use. The call and music streaming is handled by the newer BLE chip, and the app remote-control feature utilizes the Bluetooth Beacon technology. All of our hearing aids have two directional microphones to afford the user a higher quality experience.
