A:Answer Target has really nice cable locks with a combo for around $10 that I use to attach the frame of the hiboy to something like a bike lock rack, and if you are going into a store normally associates are okay with it… I ride it around grocery stores since it’s basically the same thing as the mobility scooters already in the store…. But the best buy coverage doesn’t include theft, so be aware of that!
