There is no difference in the capabilities of the two. I found the HiSense manuals for each of them online and they both provide the exact same specifications. I bought the 43H5510G, as it it was on sale and was $35 cheaper. Usually, a higher number indicates a later release. So, possibly, the 5510G included some bug fixes. That's just a guess though
