    Good not great. Sometimes it takes 3-5 minutes to turn on. The remote is garbage as you have to point it directly at the IR receiver or it won't work. Sometimes not very responsive and takes a few seconds to do what you want. The remotes Voice Command Google Assistant doesn't work and just says "Searching for Bluetooth devices" when you press it. The sound quality is average. I hooked up my Logitech speakers to it through the headphone jack. It doesn't connect to my 5GHz WiFi. Doesn't even find it. Have to use 2.4GHz. But I have it connected through ethernet, so no biggie. I wanted to use the WiFi for the location services that the Google TV app is suppose to use for finding my channel data. That doesn't work either. Picture quality is superlative. Chromecast works steadily, though I can't seem to get optimization to work with it. I hooked up my Bluetooth keyboard so I could use a shell in Termux And monitor my servers. That was nice. Overall 3.4 of 5.

    NOT - ALEXA COMPATIBLE!!! PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE INCORRECT ADVERTISING ON BEST BUY SITE!! AFTER DAYS AND DAYS ON THE PHONE WITH BOTH HISENSE AND AMAZON. THE VERY PROFESSIONAL FOLKS AT HISENSE CONFIRMED THIS PARTICULAR MODEL IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH AMAZON ALEXA. ASIDE FROM THE FACT THAT THE TV LIKES TO CHANGE INPUT ON ITS OWN ACCORD RANDOMLY.     It freezes the one I bought does not work. I cannot do nothing, I don’t know why this happened to new tv. It’s bran new but it’s doesn’t work.

    GOOD TV, THOUGH I'VE HAD IT FOR A MONTH AN STILL FIGURING SOME THINGS OUT WITH IT, SO NOT THE MOST INTUITIVE. I'VE ALSO HAD ISSUES WITH IT SWITCHING INPUTS ON ME RANDOMLY. IT'S ALSO A LITTLE SLOW LOADING AT TIMES. IF YOU'RE MAKING THE JUMP TO A SMART TV, ON THE LOW-COAST END OF THE SPECTRUM, THIS WILL SUFFICE.

    Purchased this tv 1/21.. have had issues with it ever since.. the Tv looks good and when it works the picture and sound are great quality.. The remote barely works I had to buy a universal remote and that works most of the time.. sometimes when watching a show or movie in an app such as Hulu or prime video the show will stop and the TV will go back to the Home Screen and be frozen. Shutting it off for 10 minutes and turning it back on does not work to unfreeze when u turn it back on it’s still on the frozen screen you have to physically unplug it from the wall for 10+ minutes for it to reset I’ll never buy this brand again and thank go’s this is only my bedroom television

    Hisense 43" H5510G Android TV. Really nice picture. Sound quality is marginal. Easy to setup. only weighs 15 lbs +/-. 43" is a good size for a bedroom. The BIG ISSUE with this model (and the sister model H5500G - read the reviews) is when watching a TV program, it will automatically switch to the APP Home page. You have to press the "TV" button on the remote to go back to your TV program. It is an annoyance. Hisense Customer Service says to "reset" the TV. That doesn't resolve the issue. Pre-Christmas price was good, but I felt a person might want to buy the extended warranty just in case. Decided to do a return on the TV and will go with some other manufacturer...

    Good deal got it as and open box clearance. Only gripes are it’s kind of slow and the television speakers aren’t good. Get a soundbar and you’ll be set. Has a pretty good picture for the brand

    Good tv, easy set up, good picture. It’s a good value for what you get. Sound is decent. I just wish the stands were a little closer to the middle to fit the stand I had better.

    I bought this TV as a replacement for an older set in the bedroom. I like the picture quality and sound. I liked the price. The only thing wrong is the Google Assist. I can't get it to work. You are supposed to ask it to search for shows, movies, etc. I called tech support. We went through all of the setting, even reset the TV, but nothing worked. They sent me a thumb drive to re-program the set, but that didn't work either. It's not a major issue, but I would like it to work as advertised.

    This picture is as good as the TLC Roku TV. The sound is nice the screen is awesome much larger than I imagined fits perfect mount it on the wall in the sitting area. Going to buy another one for my mom‘s bedroom.

    Andoid TV is Great, This TV is Average at Best

    Summary: This TV is a very nice budget unit. Android TV works well, and runs quite quickly. The panel itself looks crisp considering its only 1080P. My only complaint is that the backlight bleed is awful, and the LED has a strobing effect on light-colored images. The Good: I bought this TV on sale for $199, and I feel that it is a good value for that price. Android TV is well featured and runs very smoothly. I did not expect the Smart features to be as good as they are. After using Roku and Fire TVs, I feel like Android TV is much better. I also appreciate that it was very easy to wall mount. The Bad: The backlight bleed on this TV causes a large white vignette on the edges that reaches about 3 inches into the image all the way around. It probably is some of the worst I have ever seen. On top of that, the LED backlight strobes pretty badly, especially on light images. It is really distracting while watching. The built-in sound is also mediocre at best. I wish I could give this TV 3.5 stars. I really struggled between 3 and 4. I think I would recommend this TV at the $199 price point, or if you really want Android TV, but I wouldn't recommend it at full retail.

    Got it for my daughter as a Christmas gift, and finally got it set up. I personally am not a fan of it, but my daughter likes it because it is bigger than her 32 inch tv that she used to have. I think the colors are not exact, and the black appears to have a grayish white tint to it, and does not appear as I was expecting overall this is a new brand of tv that I never used. I was originally gonna go with the 50 inch samsung 6900 tv but the bestbuy employee convinced we otherwise he told me without 4k that the tv wouldn't perform very good, and that this was the better option. Well I should have listened to my own opinion because the tv in the living room is a 43 inch 6900 series and it performs great which I did not realize to after the fact I already bought this tv. I do not recommend this tv it is not good at all and my daughter just uses it to stream tv shows I could imagine trying to play a video game on it definitely never buying from this company again, and never taking the opinion of a best buy worker again even with 19 years in the company he does not have experience helping the customer buy a decent tv worth having.
