Q: QuestionWhat's the difference in the 43H5500G or the 43H5510G

• A:Answer There is no difference in the capabilities of the two. I found the HiSense manuals for each of them online and they both provide the exact same specifications. I bought the 43H5510G, as it it was on sale and was $35 cheaper. Usually, a higher number indicates a later release. So, possibly, the 5510G included some bug fixes. That's just a guess though

Q: QuestionThe TV specs list Bluetooth, so then what version of Bluetooth is included? And I have two (2) bluetooth speakers, so can I send audio from this TV to my two bluetooth speakers in STEREO for separate left and right audio?

Q: QuestionHi, can I send the audio/sound from this TV to a pair of Smart Wi-Fi speakers? For example, I have two Google Nest Smart/Wi-Fi speakers configured as a stereo pair in my Google Home App, and I would like the TV to send the audio to them. Thanks.

• A:Answer Is your home screen popping up without you touching the remote? If so, it isn't the remote. It's the TV. I dealt with this almost immediately after purchasing the TV and took 2 months of back and forth failure with Hisense before they agreed to swap out the TV. Reach out to Hisense immediately.
