QuestionHow can I get the manual for this specific TV? I spent hours looking and tried to get it from Hisense but after 40 minutes on hold they said I'd have to send an email, I did and no one ever responded

- Answer I called customer service now 4 times, they said a product specialist would call me back, but they do not. I emailed 3 times and no one replied.... Your customer service is horrible I wish I never bought from Hisense. Again - I am not asking for the customer service number or email I have that - I just want the manual. can I just provide a link for the complete detailed user and programming guide for this tv model?

Questionhow do i get the cover off the remote to put the batteries in.

- Answer You need to push downward right on the small arrow on the back. Push with your thumb(s) in the direction of the arrow which is pointing to the bottom of the remote. I learned this after struggling for an hour pushing on the top part. A rep from Hisense gave me the correct advice.
