A:Answer I returned this soundbar unit because Hi-Concerto didn't work on the U7N that I have. Hisense customer support is nearly useless. I reached out over the phone and via email. The only response I got from email was someone randomly asking me what country I was from and the phone call got a 17-second voicemail 3 days later with a rep saying "Sorry the feature is not yet available and we don't know when it will be. Thank you for being a Hisense customer." So to answer your question, it doesn't work in America on the 85U7N. With that being said, it has amazing clarity and immersive atmos. Immersive is so overused in this segment but it does hold up well in that area. However, the bass is near nonexistent, at least for the layout of the room I had it in and since Hi-Concerto didn't work either, I really saw no purpose in keeping it. I ended up getting the Vizio P514A-H6 and love it so far. not as immersive during dialogue but very bass heavy and makes the action scenes really pop off the screen.
