Only HDMI 3 and 4 support it. You also have to enable it in the settings I believe.

I called Hisense support on this today. They claimed that the HDMI 2.0 ports also supported HDCP 2.2.

I don't own a Samsung UBD-K8500, so I can't confirm or deny the problem.

Do you have HDMI cables that are spec'd to support 60Hz at UHD? I have read that the systems are insensitive to cable choice up through UHD/30Hz, but that 60Hz is a different matter.
