Please connect the Xbox One X through HDMI #1 or #2. Make sure you turn on the "Enhanced HDMI Format", under picture settings. If you need any assistance, please give us a call at 1-888-935-8880.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.There's youtube videos about this but first make sure you're tv is updated to the latest version. Once that's done on your TV make sure it's on enhance mode in your picture settings. After that's done go to your Xbox to it's setting and turn on HDR. Once that's done there's a way where your Xbox does a diagnosis check for resolution and HDR and if everything is checked green you're good to go. Like I said there's youtube videos on this so if you need a step by step guide I suggest look it up there. Hope I was able to help a little bit.
