Let me tell you i bought this tv about 2 weeks ago after returning a westinghouse 4k tv (which is Junk) and have loved this tv since day 1. The aspect ratio has not been an issue as of yet. I love the Hisense TV and i believe they are affiliated with Vizio in some way. My wife and i use netflix all the time and havent had one issue yet. Also on major thing that has sold me on the tv is that there is a 4 year warranty on the tv from the manufacture all you have to do is register the item and the warranty kicks in immediately. Hope this helps a little.
