• Common You Tube video is low quality. Made for smaller video size for phones and computers. Do a search for 4K or UHD and you will see the quality change.

• I found that in settings putting sharpness setting on no more than 3 or 4 improves picture greatly.

• If using WiFi and picture is bad, then your connect is slow. If straight hard connect, then its the TV that has an issue.

• This isn't really an answer, but have you tried any of the 4k (or UHD) demo files on YouTube? Maybe lower resolution videos don't look good on a UHD TV.
