Q: QuestionMy hisense LED LCD model#55H6570G did an update and then turned off and will not turn back on. I've tried everything to fix it that I possibly can. This tv isnt even a year old yet. How can I fix it?

Q: QuestionWe (me, my husband, and a family of 5 millennials) spent 3 hours trying to cast to the new TV. It kept telling us we have Chromecast built in, but we couldn't find it to set up on the TV. We have up and grabbed the Chromecast device from the old TV. wth

Q: QuestionGetting intermittent (short high pitches & what I can best describe as "thumps or clicks" noises). I am using this as a computer monitor, so far it only appears when I have a live computer connected. Problem doesn't occur on other monitors.

- A:Answer Answering my own question. When the problem occurred I had my computer connected to the Hisense via the MAC DVI monitor output of my computer's graphic card. This defaults to a 4K level that was causing the weird noises. I switched the connection to the MAC DisplayPort which doesn't do 4K and the noise went away.
