A:AnswerAnswering my own question. When the problem occurred I had my computer connected to the Hisense via the MAC DVI monitor output of my computer's graphic card. This defaults to a 4K level that was causing the weird noises. I switched the connection to the MAC DisplayPort which doesn't do 4K and the noise went away.
