QuestionI have read the detailed specs TWICE now and do not see one word about Wi-Fi, in which case this TV will not work in the room we have in mind. Can anyone confirm this product actually has Wi-Fi?

- Answer Most mainstream channel apps are preloaded. Smart TVs have ability to download channel apps, so you’ll be able to get anything not already preloaded. I love this TV. Easy to use, especially if you are an experienced Roku user.

- Answer Hi Hisense Customer, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 55R6G. The native refresh rate of this TV is 60 Hz. To reduce judder/ display motion blur, Motion Enhancement (image interpolation) doubles the motion rate to 120 Hz by creating new frames and inserting them in-between frames. - Answer I have not checked on that but you can get a replacement for roku powered tv's regardless of brand in amazon. As long as is roku you just put the batteries and gollow instructions on ur tv to reprogram...the new remote will allow u to turn the tv on once on follow directions on tv screen to add new remote

- Answer Hi Andre, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 55R6G. The remote does not have a numpad. It comes with quick-access buttons to popular streaming services. It doesn't have voice control, but you can use the voice control feature in the Roku app on your mobile device. It allows you to change inputs and search for content, but you can't ask it to change settings on the TV.
