Hello Hisense Customer, Thank you for purchasing a Hisense 55U6G. The HDMI 2.0 format is automatically enable. We're so sorry that your TV is stuck in standard, please perform a factory reset by going to Menu>> Settings>> Device preferences>> Reset>> Reset your TV back to the factory default.
