Make sure your TV's HDMI sources are outputting 4k (enhanced) signals. Determined by proper HDMI cables and TV settings. Different for every TV, but it's a per HDMI source setting and need to make sure you are using the physical 2.1 HDMI connection on your TV which should be labeled as such.
