“Audio cut off. 3 cable company visits, ,2 Hisense repair visits with the same power panel replacements, new cable box, HDMI cords, modern ,router etc.. Phone calls and resets Hisense blames cable and cable blames faulty tv. Weeks of bull .refund”

Ive had audio issues trying to play some blurays. The fix was switching hdmi mode from enhanced format to standard. To do this hit the menu button on remote scroll down to hdmi format then switch it to standard u could also try using the hdmi 2.0 ports not the 2.1
