QuestionThe 4k 120hz is enabled correct? And is the hdmi 48gb bandwidth? I have P65Qx-H1 and I have nothing but issues swapping the PC with 3080 doesn't work on 120hx screen flashes.. If I swap source I have to restart TV and apps have bad backlight flickering

- Answer The Hisense U8G comes with a 1 year warranty. Best Buy has a very good extended warranty so I purchased it for 5 years.

- Answer You can’t per Hisense customer service. I had the same problem and called this morning about it. Either turn on google assistant (which I don’t want to do either) or you’ll have to live with it. Really bad feature.

QuestionGot TV set up and the picture is not sharp and what I expected to be for an ultra HD viewing experience. I don’t have a 4K HDMI cable and wonder if that could be why? I don’t want to return this TV if it’s something I’m not doing or a setting adjustment.

- Answer Hello Db, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 55U8G. A specialty HDMI cable is not required to get 4K picture. Please select a different picture mode or toggle with the advanced picture settings to get the desired quality. You can test the 4K picture using a 4K video in an application such as YouTube. QuestionI have hearing aids that are connected to Google Assist on my cell phone so if I tap my ear I'm connected and can talk and use voice commands .These hearing aids are bluetooth also,can they be connected to the audio on this TV for a direct feed U8g

- Answer Yes, but you then lose the TV speakers. If you need the TV speakers for other people then you would need a sound Bar that has HDMI passthrough or be able to feed the sound Bar via an optical audio cable from your cable box. I'm not sure if the TV will output audio from it's optical out port with Bluetooth enabled. But if you are streaming from a ROKU or any streaming device that has HDMI out and your sound Bar has HDMI in and HDMI ARC to the TV then your sound Bar will always have audio when you are using the Bluetooth out audio on the TV.

- Answer The TV has CEC, so your best experience is just using the Spectrum remote. I think the TVs remote is just geared toward OTA channels and the TV's installed streaming apps.

- Answer not sure. it does have a audio only button in settings. I mostly use it for gaming and some streaming. has 4 settings for dimming contrast
