A:AnswerIve had audio issues trying to play some blurays. The fix was switching hdmi mode from enhanced format to standard. To do this hit the menu button on remote scroll down to hdmi format then switch it to standard u could also try using the hdmi 2.0 ports not the 2.1

Posters on Reddit and AVSforus are saying that this update also requires an update to the TCON, which is required to actually fix the inverse ghosting issue. They’re also claiming that the TCON update is supported only on the 65” model.
Those same posters said that Hisense Customer Support has confirmed that the full update works only on the 65” version.
A:Answerplease go to settings>>device preferences>>about>>system update>> move to check for update (DO NOT click on the update button) instead press the arrow pointing up button on the remote four (4) times, the Tcon update message will prompt on the screen. DOESN'T WORK!!!
