@ HisenseProductExpert But does the L0721 update fix the ghosting problem on the 55” U8G? Posters on Reddit and AVSforus are saying that this update also requires an update to the TCON, which is required to actually fix the inverse ghosting issue. They’re also claiming that the TCON update is supported only on the 65” model. Those same posters said that Hisense Customer Support has confirmed that the full update works only on the 65” version.

Yes there is fix to the Ghosting images, please go to settings>>device preferences>>about>>system update>> move to check for update (DO NOT click on the update button) instead press the arrow pointing up button on the remote four (4) times, the Tcon update message will prompt on the screen, click OK to start the upgrade. This upgrade will take about one (1) minute and is going to be a black screen during the entire process. Please do not unplug or power off the TV during the update process it will automatically restart.
