If its components. Make sure u have selected the correct input via ur controlller.
Also try unplugging wait approx 5 min then plug back in.
A:AnswerIt is very likely the remote itself, unless it's the IR receiver. Change your remote batteries and clean it. Make sure no buttons are sticking. I'd also contact Hisense warranty support even if you're outside the warranty period. Hope this helps.
