QuestionMy Hisense worked fine at first, then after a week, it stated "No signal". This is its state wherever I try connecting to a TV input. My other TV works fine. Is there a "reset" condition that may correct this problem?

- Answer Are u referring to cable satellite or component? If cable call ur provider If satellite call your provider If its components. Make sure u have selected the correct input via ur controlller. Also try unplugging wait approx 5 min then plug back in.

QuestionOwned 1 month and tv is very sluggish when flipping thru channels, & now it will freeze up on a channel, and I physically have to unplug the tv power cord to get it to shut off. Also volume will randomly go from 0-50 without touching a button. ????

- Answer It is very likely the remote itself, unless it's the IR receiver. Change your remote batteries and clean it. Make sure no buttons are sticking. I'd also contact Hisense warranty support even if you're outside the warranty period. Hope this helps.

QuestionIs there a way to turn off the "soap opera" effect motion filtering? We *really hate that. We bought this primarily as a gaming monitor, but we can't find a way to turn on/off the 120 motion rate, and can't turn the soap opera filtering off.

QuestionI have been trying to log into our WiFi network (provided by our apartment complex), but it requires a username and password. When prompted to loggin, I’m only given the password space, making it impossible to loggin. Is there a way to fix this?
