- Answer This TV does exist but with a slightly different model number. The discounted price comes from discounted refurbished processors from older model Smart TVs. They are put into current model 4k TVs and sold as "discounted" product. Same thing happens on big sale days like Black Friday.

QuestionI just connected a sonos sound bar to a Hisense 60 inch H6 tv and am trying to get it to work.Audio comes out of the speaker but I still have the volume control slide on my tv.Anybody know how to fix this?

QuestionJust purchased this TV last week weekend. Can i access the Opera?? I'm trying to install the Hulu app but can't find it. Please help. We already cut the Cable cords. but we may need to return this deal if it cannot provide the services we need.

- Answer yOU NEED TO USE THE tv REMOTE not YOUR CABLE REMOTE - look for the =_ { three lines icon on the remote ( on the right about halfway down } tap it and your setting menu will come up

QuestionHi my Hisense shuts off by itself during the day from 9-530 after 530 it stays on its very weird .. went to setting and no timers or sleep mode are on.. what could be causing this? 60du6070 model.. thanks

- Answer My pos Hisense shuts off when the screen is too bright. You probably have adaptive light or the brightness turned up during the day. This TV is the worst.

- Answer i don't see a way to add apps. It has Plex listed as an installed app, but every time I try and load it, it fails to load.
