• A:Answer Is a doorbuster price, u have to wait till blk Friday (Thursday) to get it. Or if they have early member deals, you have to be a bes buy rewards elite or elite plus to get it for that price. (Must be logged in w that membership if so) hope this helps out!

Q: QuestionI recently bought this TV. I have the 55" to it with my LG soundbar connected using the optical cable. I plugged it into this tv and it isn't working. The settings are different as well. Can you assist me?

First off can you please access the settings menu by pressing the gear icon on your remote control and going to the device preferences, Please then access the Sound/Audio Settings and go to the Speakers option after which you will set the speakers option to Optical. Q: QuestionI am still unable to get basic cable with this TV. All of my other TV's can get basic cable. It scans and finds 113 digital channels and 2 analog. Support is absolutely worthless.

• A:Answer You will either need to run a coaxial to the tv from the cable coming in, sans box. OR use an antenna hooked up to the coaxial port on the tv to pull channels.
