Hello Hisense Customer, Thank you for your interest in the 65H6570G. We sincerely apologize for the issue you are having with your television freezing up. Please perform a factory reset on the television by going to Settings>Device Preferences>Reset. The television will then shut off and after coming back on will prompt you to set up the TV like when it was just out of box. Please try again later.unfortunately i could not able to do factory reset as i can not put the power on with the remote and neither from the tv panel and there is no reset button on the tv. The problem is the tv is blank when its on and could not be controlled by the remote . How can i able to reset the tv to start getting pictures back?
