QuestionMy tv was accidentally unplugged and now when I turn it on it’s stuck in a boot loop with a weird error message on the top of the screen. Can anyone help?

- Answer I had a booting problem, and I solve it by unplugging the tv, wait a bit and plug it again and turn on the TV. Check the internet connection, this tv relays on a good internet connection. I recommend you to use the ethernet port instead of the wifi signal to improve connectivity issues.

The stand width of the 65H8G are 51.5×11.1 inches or 40.1x11.1 inches and the stand width on the 65R8F is 51.2” x 11.0”. - Answer It has an optical output. I was worried when I purchased it because nowhere did it really mention it. I’ve hooked up an LG sound bar and subwoofer and it works perfectly.

QuestionProblems with audio after the update. No sound on soundbar, overlapping sound from two channels, volume switches between channels. The Sling app is more buggy than ever; need to keep reinstalling it to work. All the apps are now acting up. HELP!

QuestionWe would like to play a slideshow on the H8G. At our company, we are not allowed to to copy things onto a USB drive. Is there another way to get content onto the H8G other than using the USB port?

However you are not able to store files to this television however you are able to use the television as a monitor to your computer.
