A:AnswerI think you can buy a 4K Roku player or an Amazon streaming stick or device, which will work with more apps. All the HDMI ports are not compatible with 4K. I think you should use HDMI 1 or 2 in the back of the set, not the side ports. They usually are returnable, if they don't work with 14 days.

A:Answerpurchased mine Feb 2017 .My tv would not update through the built in software either. I had version #123 they do have a much better firmware version #315. contact their support and they will email it to you. I just updated to this last week
once installed. it fixes some port issues and when it detects the HDR signal, it switches to HDR picture mode now. Plus the HDR especially the netflix is a lot better. not too dark anymore.
