“The specs say the tv with stand is 11.1 in. deep. I would like to put the tv on a fireplace mantle that is only 10 in. deep. Any chance the TV would still be stable if the stand overhung the end of the mantle by 1 in.?”

Yes the TV will be stable enough I have the same TV on a very small corner stand and more than an inch hangs off and it doesn't move at all
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, I think the stand will be unstable. I measured between the two grommets on the stand legs and they are 10 1/4 inches. I think 10 in mantle would cause the TV to have a very good chance of tipping over.
