• Uniformity is great, no discernable issues. Just watched a 2 hour 4k movie and the back of the unit is cool to the touch.

• I had the Vizio P quantum before returning it for the Hisense. The Vizio actually made the room it was in, very hot. The Hisense seems much cooler, so no, the Hisense seems to run cool.

• I have found that a few of the built-in apps run very hot - YouTube and HBO Go. No issues at all with Netflix and Prime. Also no issues with any apps run from external devices such as fire tv cube.
