I have resolved this issue, The HDMI port the 4k Player is connected to is set to Standard Format instead of Enhanced Format. Changing it to Enhanced fixes this issue

Also, your sharpness setting may be set too high. Also, you may be using a contrast and color enhancement preset which adds noise to the picture. Try removing these and doing manually once you have taken the presets off. This TV looks great once you setup properly.
