I watch this from Amazon Prime, and the the video is so laggy its unwatchable...no idea how to fix it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found a suggestion online advising to press the power button until you get a message confirming you want to turn off the tv. Click OK and wait a couple of minutes, then turn the tv back on. This seemed to fix the problem.
