The apps are not detecting this is a 4K unit. I have used vudu, movies anywhere, apple tv streaming box, etc and they ALL are giving errors the tv is not capable of 4k streaming. This is a HISENSE issue. Just called your customer service department and they told me it is not a 4k tv!

This is no more acceptable to us than it is to you. In order for the app to be played or viewed in 4K, the title playing must be also be in 4k.
