I recommend that you purchase this Hisense tv as in my opinion it is a superior TV than any current model Vizio set. Back to the curved screen part, thankfully the whole curved screen TV fad is all but over(Samsung might have one model still available to purchase). Curved screens are a terrible product since aside from a handful of IMAX movies no films are recorded with a curved screen in mind so really all you end up with is a distorted picture for no reason. Do yourself a favor and forget about curved screen TVs. I know the idea seemed kinda cool when they first came out but it just does not make sense from a picture quality standpoint to curve a screen when the content you watch was not recorded in that same format.
