I have the same problem. I removed the bucket and held the fill switch so the unit would run. The water did not exit the unit by the drain hose but on the opposite side. Something is amiss in the sealed part of the unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I am having the same issue as well. The dehumidifier is only a month old too. At first I was emptying the bucket but when I realized how frequently it filled up (every 4ish hours) I got a small length of garden hose and an external water pump that pumps the water exiting via the garden hose into a utility sink. That set up worked great. The garden hose wasn't a perfect fit but I only had to empty the bucket once in a span of 2-3 weeks... now all of the sudden it's back to filling up every 4 hours or less. I just checked and it's draining water from a little hole on the left side of the reservoir instead of the where the hose attaches..... If that's not enough to dissuade you, the Wifi app is useless. It logs you out when you close the app (using Android). I do get the email alerts though... I'd suggest buying another brand to be honest....
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My unit doesn’t drain through the hose either. I’m having buyer’s remorse.
