Questionmy remote no longer works - I have tried to unplug for 60 seconds, replace batteries, etc. I have two remotes, and still tv not responsive. The blue lights on remotes turn on, but no responsive - Can I do a hard reset on tv without remotes, help!!

QuestionThe specifications show three HDMI ports on this TV. When I visit the Hisense product page the say there are four. https://www.hisense-usa.com/televisions/all-tvs/75H6570G_4k-uhd-hisense-android-smart-tv-2020 Can anyone confirm if there are or 4?

- Answer 2-3% of my decision was made by the answer claiming it has 4 ports. I was already good with 3 (it has Chromecast inside, which I didn't see in description, but Android TV I assumed, so that freed up one of my ports anyway) but alas it does only have 3. Unless I'm somehow missing a 4th. With the ability to update smart capabilities with new apps. Peacock is ready to go already. And Chromecast built in. My PS4 and Switch will occupy the first two and I'll still have a free third

QuestionCannot route sound output to optical output. I connected the TV to a soundbar using an optical cable. But under the Audio Output menu, There are only 3 options (TV speaker, ARC, Bluetooth. The latter 2 gre). There is no optical option.

- Answer The TV supports optical audio output, no menu option required. Once connected, the digital output format may need to be changed according to the content and the audio device's capability. To change format, go to Settings> Sound> Advanced Audio Settings> Digital Audio Out.
