- Answer Hello, thank you for your interest in the Hisense 75U9DG. This TV has a VA panel and Bluetooth 5.0. Unfortunately, this unit does not support Airplay. Apple TV and many other apps can be downloaded from the Google Play Store however a Gmail account is required. QuestionI bought a U9DG because of the great reviews and bad reviews regarding Motion. Have there been any firmware updates that address motion handling? Have there been any improvements to your motion interpolation features that address the issue?

- Answer I bought this TV on Cyber Monday and it WAS DELIVERED by Best Buy December 23rd. After getting it started, it immediately told me there was an update; the update installed with no problems. The set was very dark out of the box. After setting it using the settings recommended on Rtings.com along with some tweaks of my own, it was better. As far as the motion is concerned, I’ve spent the entire weekend watching football. There have been NO issues with motion. The ball is clear through its flight path. There is no ghosting I can see. All Motion Interpolations settings are set to highest level. It is a GREAT TV!!

It has incredible contrast and an outstanding local dimming feature, resulting in deep uniform blacks with no loss of fine details in dark scenes. - Answer It has 2 HDMI 2.1 inputs, one of which is also the only e-ARC port. Not aware of any TVs with multiple ARC inputs.

QuestionDoes this model properly display 4k 120hz? Does this model properly display VRR without a screen fliker? I have the U8G and even though advertised as 4k 120hz, its not. I cuts the vertical resolution in half and the screen is a blurry mess.

QuestionHow many dimming zones does this model have?

- Answer This is not a simple question to answer. This TV has a relatively small number of actual, conventional dimming zones (though I don't recall the exact number). However, it has a 2nd scrceen underneath the main screen that is used to create essential millions of dimming zones, approximately 2 million according to Hisense. It is super effective, creating the best contrast and black handling of any LED TV that I am aware of.

QuestionHow come neither Best Buy nor Hisense knows when this TV will be available ?

- Answer I am currently waiting for this item to come in at Value Electronics in NY, placed my order 3 months ago, and they are back-ordered. Only three stores in the U.S sell this tv and now best buy has it advertised. Only a small amount of units have hit the market and not too many have it yet.
