Q: QuestionI just installed my new Hensen U6 TV and noticed a clicking/popping sound when turning it on/off. Is this normal for this model? What causes the sound, and is there a way to avoid it?

Q: QuestionI’ve unpacked my TV, does this thing have a film on the screen? I removed the one on the border. But why on earth isn’t it mentioned anywhere?! I started on one corner and don’t want to scratch the screen attempting if there isn’t one. Thanks.
