These projectors use a fixed focus, the focus is specifically designed for their matching screen size. You can't simply buy the 100" and slide it back to fill a 120" screen, the image will not be sharp, and will be out of focus, the same can be said for the 120" shrank to 100". Both the projector and screen are the difference between the 100" and 120".
