Call and get put on a cancelation list to getting a early appointment
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My timeline was between noon and 8:00 pm at night. Trying to get a hold of a person on Customer Service by phone is nearly impossible. I have to go to the store for them to address questions. This does put a damper on Best Buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ask to speak with the agents who are coming personally. I did just that and they worked with me each time to accommodate my schedule.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They gave me a similar window. And no I did not know until the day of. I was told in advance that I would receive a call prior but in reality received a call the day of when they were headed my way. I'm sorry I couldn't be more helpful.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They'll give you a more precise estimate the day before, and shorten it further the day of, in my experience, depending how how their other appointments go. My 12-4 became 11-3, and then they were in and out before noon (I had a 55 inch tv mounted over the fireplace).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Expect to wait all day.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Know your time slot has long passed. But for other who might like to have an answer to this question. We had an appointment today that was scheduled during the purchase from 8:00 to 12:30, however, yesterday, they sent me a text saying to expect delivery between 8:30 and 9:30. The technician called at 8:30 to let us know he would arrive about 9:00. Got here at 9:10.
