Q: QuestionCat5 setup?Our electrician re-ran our cable to our rooms during a renovation. My brother-in-law also recommended we have them run Cat5 to the same locations. Now we don't know what we are supposed to do with them. Can we have Geek Squad set up a network to run through the Cat5? Or otherwise to utilize those connections for laptops or TVs?

• A:Answer Yes. You should contact your internet service provider first. Tell them you want service and that they should turn your service on. Some times they have to come and check the cables to make sure they work. Then Geek Squad can come setup your new wireless Network. I would like Geek Squad recommend what router you should use. The Internet Service providers will sell you or rent you a router but often times it's older technology. It's better to get one that suits your specific needs.

Q: QuestionI purchased the NETGEAR - Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router (R8000)I purchased the NETGEAR - Nighthawk X6 AC3200 Tri-Band Wi-Fi Router (R8000) from Best Buy - but can not get it to recognize my system. My existing router still works but will not support the computers in the back of the house. Can I schedule a member of the Geek Squad come out and complete the installation of the new router?
