420 shouldn't be a problem at all, our room is twice as big and there's still a noticeable difference when it's on.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We're currently using it in a 120 sq ft room and it's just good enough. I think if the room was any larger, it would not work effectively around the whole room. Although, you will feel the difference in the immediate vicinity of the humidifier.
