- Answer No it does not, to use it on 220 Volts you need to get a step-down transformer to drop voltage from 220 to 110 volts. It has only input for 110 volts.

- Answer 1 speed but 3 different settings. 1 just shiatsu. 2 shiatsu with vibration 3 only vibration. And adding heat is with another button
